PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE IDIA PROTOCOL
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
Issuing Authority: IDIA Data Inc. | Office of the Principal Architect
Version: 2.4.0
1. THE DATA DIGNITY DOCTRINE
The IDIA Protocol is engineered to eliminate the reliability gap in the global data economy through an architectural commitment to verified reality. IDIA Data Inc. ("IDIA", "Company", "we", or "us") adheres to the Data Dignity Doctrine, recognizing that individual digital presence, telemetry, and identity must be treated as cryptographically protected property rights rather than uncompensated commodities. This Privacy Policy governs the decentralized and centralized pipelines comprising the IDIA Protocol and its associated interfaces.
2. EDGE ARCHITECTURE AND CRYPTOGRAPHIC ISOLATION
To ensure identity security and sovereign data control, the Protocol operates on a strict Edge-Processing Architecture:
-
Local Processing: Raw biometric telemetry, device identifiers, and localized activity streams are captured, parsed, and encrypted locally on user hardware.
-
Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs): Only mathematically validated Zero-Knowledge Proofs or heavily obfuscated cryptographic proofs are transmitted to the network layer.
-
Identity Partitioning: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is cryptographically siloed within local secure vaults and hardware-bound identity enclaves, remaining completely partitioned and inaccessible to the marketplace terminal.
3. TELEMETRY PROVISIONING & PRESENCE INTEGRITY
When participating as an Independent Data Vendor (IDV) provisioning isotropic telemetry across connected hardware and digital environments, data streams are subject to deterministic integrity verification:
-
Human Presence Verification: To protect the network from automated synthetic manipulation, the Protocol utilizes localized verification checks (such as micro-expression analysis and vascular signature validation) executed in edge enclaves.
-
Cryptographic Provenance: Every validated telemetry interaction produces an immutable verification hash that permanently certifies origin and structural integrity without exposing raw underlying identity markers.
4. HEALTH & BIOMETRIC DATA GOVERNANCE
While IDIA Data Inc. functions as a data infrastructure utility and does not provide clinical care or operate as a standard "Covered Entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Protocol implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that meet or exceed federal standards:
-
Sovereign Custody: Participants maintain primary, client-side cryptographic control over sensitive biological and health telemetry within isolated hardware management vaults.
-
Non-Clinical Transmission Rails: The Protocol solely provides decentralized verification and transport rails and does not diagnose, treat, or manage health conditions.
5. THE PII-FREE DATA ARCHITECTURE
The commercial layer and exchange interfaces of the Protocol operate on a strict PII-Free Framework:
-
Mathematical Anonymization: All data bundles compiled for verified commercial or computational availability are programmatically stripped of direct identifiers, eliminating the capacity to link outputs to a specific natural person.
-
Irrevocable Aggregates: Once telemetry is verified, hashed, and aggregated into verified data products, individual data vectors become cryptographically integrated into immutable validation structures and cannot be selectively excised.
-
Marketplace Data Consumption: Enterprise buyers and computational clients access verified data products through the IDIA Hub exclusively via secure API feeds, structured data bundles, or programmatic queries. Buyers receive aggregated, anonymized analytical outputs and verified telemetry insights without direct access to raw user streams or underlying personal identities.
6. AI UTILIZATION AND BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS
Participation in the Protocol’s telemetry pipelines authorizes the utilization of anonymized data points for computational optimization:
-
Model Refinement: Verified, anonymized behavioral and environmental streams are processed to train and enhance machine learning models and predictive analysis frameworks.
-
Operational Readiness Metrics: Standardized behavioral and cognitive readiness benchmarks are evaluated locally to determine suitability for network-specific verification functions, strictly independent of individual asset ownership or rights allocations.
7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND JURISDICTIONAL LIMITATIONS
-
Foreign Adversary Protection: In accordance with the Protecting Americans' Data from Foreign Adversaries Act of 2024 (PADFA) and related federal export frameworks, automated network governance enforces geofencing restrictions to prohibit the routing, transmission, or licensing of sensitive data streams to designated foreign adversaries or restricted jurisdictions.
-
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): The IDIA Protocol operates exclusively as an enterprise verification and data infrastructure utility. It is not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA), and Protocol telemetry may not be utilized to determine consumer creditworthiness, personal insurance eligibility, or standard employment qualification under the FCRA.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
-
Jurisdiction & Venue: This Policy and all claims arising from Protocol operations or data processing are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
-
Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy, data privacy practices, or automated protocol execution shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered in Louisville, Kentucky.
-
Integrity of Mathematical Logic: The arbitration tribunal or presiding authority shall hold no jurisdiction or power to compel the modification, alteration, or reversal of the underlying immutable cryptographic logic or consensus mechanisms governing the Protocol.
