COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

1. PROPRIETARY OWNERSHIP NOTICE
All content included in or made available through the IDIA Protocol Services—including but not limited to source code, UI/UX designs, the "Hats Wardrobe" system, Identity Status Pills, and the Hub Marketplace Terminal—is the exclusive and permanent property of IDIA Data Inc.. This ownership extends to the underlying logic of the Synapse AI Engine, which serves as a corporate trade secret.

2. PROTOCOL & GOVERNANCE LAYER
The Core Protocol Smart Contracts, which encompass the ledger, decentralized fee logic, and automated governance mechanisms, are owned and operated by the IDIA DAO LLC, a distinct legal entity. Interaction with this layer is governed by decentralized consensus and DAO bylaws.
 
3. STRATEGIC ARCHITECTURAL FRAMEWORK
The IDIA Protocol operates under the licensing architecture and data rights framework established by Peter Rafelson and the DigiRAMP Data Rights Architecture. This include specifically:
 

• The Performance Doctrine of Reality: The right to "perform," "broadcast," and "broadcast-synchronize" aggregated telemetry for enterprise use.
   

• DRM-Protected Verified Reality: Cryptographic Digital Rights Management ensures data property remains within the circular economy.

4. TELEMETRY LICENSING DOCTRINE
While Participants (Independent Data Vendors) retain underlying ownership of their "global isotropic telemetry" stored within local secure vaults, the act of provisioning data to the Protocol grants IDIA Data Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display the anonymized and aggregated output.

• Irrevocable Aggregates: Once telemetry is hashed into a "Verified Reality" product or aggregate marketplace bundle, the license to that specific output is irrevocable and cannot be mathematically removed.

5. TRADEMARKS & IDENTITY
"IDIA Protocol," "Synapse AI Engine," "IDIA Life," "IDIA Hub," "Hats Wardrobe," and "A Good IDIA Can Change the World" are trademarks of IDIA Data Inc..
6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering of the Autonomic Engine, or exfiltration of DRM-protected verified reality is strictly prohibited and subject to mandatory binding arbitration in Louisville, Kentucky.
